Nope, i don’t think i ever thought i’d be a great scientist studying in a lab when i was younger, but i definitely got interested in science when i was a teenager. I probably hoped that i’d get to have a career in science, so i’m very lucky that i get to do something that i love every day!
I’m still not sure that i’m a great scientist, but i sure do try my best!! 🙂

I was good at science in school, and was genuinely interested in how things work. Although I don’t know everything, there’s a lot of things that I do know, and am always interested in finding out more things.
To be honest, my first thought was to be a doctor. But when I started studying more, I realised that science is where it’s at for me.

I had no idea I would be a neuroscientist. All I did was to follow what I was interested in. I think its really important not to get too bogged down with career paths and 10 year plans. Being interested in what you do everyday is really the most important thing.
