Question: Are the white cells in the eye the same white cells in the brain? I was told if I get an eye infection it can spread to my brain I thought they might share white blood cells?

  1. White blood cells can go into your bodies blood circulation and from there get to any part of your body.
The cells that live in the cornea however don’t really go/travel to the brain. Circulating white blood cells can go to any organ.

    Hope that makes sense 🙂
