We definitely know about one universe, this one! We have a fairly good idea of what things were like when it started, but nothing about what might have been before. According to some versions of quantum theory there could actually be infinite other universes, but we have no way to reach them!

By measuring a few things, assuming others and looking at the stars, we’ve been able to figure out that there are many galaxies in our universe.
There are theories on parallel universes, but as far as I’m aware they are just that at the moment, theories…

The multiverse – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiverse is a theory by the philosopher William James which describes our existence as part of a set of many different possible universes which exist simultaneously. As Carina points out, we don’t have any way to test whether they exist, so we don’t know if there are 2 new or any other universes other than this one!
