Hi jjbear – I thought I said not to ask??? 😉
I got into trouble at school a few times, mostly because I was bored and distracted when I should have been paying attention. I thought I was smarter than the teacher but in reality I just didn’t put in as much effort as I should have.
I realised in year 10 that to have more opportunities I had to work really hard to get to do what I wanted to do- study at university. If you don’t apply yourself at uni, you fail quickly and then your options start to disappear… 🙁
