Hi Marcel, well mostly we do experiments similar to the way they do them in an IVF clinic (in vitro fertilization) where we can take out the eggs from mice, which we call oocytes, and put them in an incubator, which is like an oven at body temperature (37 degrees) and we change the oxygen levels. Then we examine all kinds of things which often involves fluorescent markers and special microscopes.
